$428.57 USD/night Regular Season: Jan 02, 2019 – Nov 22, 2019.
$500.00 USD/night Holiday Season: Nov 23, 2019 – Jan 1, 2020.
Half the total rental is required in order to hold a booking. The balance is due 30 days before arrival.
In the event of cancellation more than 60 days before the booked arrival date, we will refund the monies paid less our bank charges. In the event of a cancellation less than 60 days before the booked arrival date, a refund will be made only if we can find a replacement tenant.
